1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Radium Client ("the Mod"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download or use the Mod.
2. License to Use
Radium Client grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Mod for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the conditions in these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense Radium Client to any third party
- Decompile, reverse-engineer, or modify the Mod without written permission
- Use the Mod for commercial purposes without a separate written agreement
- Represent Radium Client as your own work or rebrand it
- Share your account credentials or allow others to use your licensed copy
3. Free Trial
Radium Client offers a one-time, one-week free trial per account. The free trial is strictly one-time use per individual user. Using the trial on alternate accounts to circumvent this limit is a violation of these Terms and may result in termination of access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Radium Client only in contexts where such client modifications are permitted by the server rules of the Minecraft server you are connecting to. You acknowledge that:
- Radium Client is designed for DonutSMP and anarchy/semi-anarchy servers
- Use on servers that prohibit client modifications may result in account bans at the server operator's discretion
- You assume all risks associated with using the Mod on any server
- Radium Client is not responsible for any in-game bans or penalties you receive
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Radium Client is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Mod will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all systems. We make no guarantees regarding the Mod's detection status on any server anti-cheat system.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Radium Client and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Mod — including but not limited to game account bans, data loss, or hardware damage.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your access to Radium Client at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Mod and delete all copies in your possession.
8. Third-Party Software
Radium Client incorporates open-source libraries and components listed on our Credits page. Each component is used under its respective open-source licence. Radium Client is not affiliated with Mojang Studios, Microsoft, or the DonutSMP server team.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of Radium Client after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Radium Client shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal legal proceedings.
